Every project follows the same seven steps — from first conversation to final handover. Here's what to expect at each stage, and what we'll need from you along the way.
01
Initial Enquiry & Quotation
Get in touch with your plans and we'll arrange a site visit. James will take measurements and work with you on the scope, then provide a detailed quotation. If you've been referred by your builder, let us know — we'll coordinate directly with them.
Share your plans, budget expectations, and any inspiration images. Accept the quotation and pay the deposit to proceed.

Showroom Appointment
Once your quotation is accepted, you'll visit our showroom in Maffra to select your colours, materials and finishes. Sera will guide you through every option — benchtops, door profiles, handles, and internal fittings.
This is the creative part. Bring inspiration images, any tile/paint/carpet samples you've already chosen, and updated plans (if changed since quoting).

03
Finishes Schedule & Sign-Off
After your showroom visit, we'll email a finishes schedule documenting every selection, along with CAD plans of your project. Review it carefully — this is the blueprint for your build. Review the finishes schedule and plans.
Email us with any questions or changes, then digitally sign to confirm. Once confirmed, we order materials and complete a final site measure.
04
Build
Your project is booked into our workshop schedule. Once materials arrive, our team begins manufacturing your cabinetry. We'll keep you updated on progress.
Nothing required from you during this phase.

Pre-Installation
As the build nears completion, James will liaise with you and your builder to lock in the installation date and coordinate with other trades on-site.
Confirm your installation date. Ensure existing cabinetry is removed (if applicable) and the site is ready.

Installation
Our team arrives on-site and installs everything, working carefully through every stage of the process. We take our time getting it right — precise alignments, careful adjustments, and thorough final checks to make sure each piece fits perfectly and functions as it should.

Completion & Handover
We'll be in touch to make sure you're completely satisfied with your finished project. We'll also provide handover information for your new kitchen.
